Audition Packets Now Available!

In advance of our auditions next week to cast this fall's exciting production of 'Love's Labour's Lost', we are posting for download, and making available for pickup in the 108 Studio, the audition packet for the show.

There's a ton of information in there about times, dates, schedules, expectations, etc. associated with being involved with this super show...but don't let it intimidate you!  Read it through, look closely at your schedule and the commitment to the show, but also be ready to have an absolute blast as we tackle this new piece of musical theatre.

Make sure to have the last form (and headshot and/or resume if you have one) ready for Tuesday!  Other audition instructions are listed below, and audition time sign ups for Tuesday's Vocal Audition are up on the CallBoard outside my office.  See you soon!

Auditions: Love’s Labour’s Lost

Beginning September 5^th, SouthWest StageWorks auditions its fall musical production, Love’s Labour’s Lost!

Actors should prepare up to 32 measures of a song suited to their voice, and in a style akin to the music in Love’s Labour’s Lost (21^st Century Pop Musical).  All songs should be accompanied (Pianist will be provided, and there will be access to a sound system for recordings), so Actors should bring sheet music clearly marked, or an instrumental/karaoke recording, to their Audition.  You can still audition with other material, or a capella, but the listed format is preferred. 

Actors should also provide a signed Audition Form and Headshot at the time of their Audition.  Information will be available in an Audition Packet, available beginning Friday, September 1st.

Audition times are by appointment only, so make sure to sign up once the slots are posted on the CallBoard on Friday.  Inducted Company Members may see producer Jamie Miller for advanced sign ups anytime.
