Updates

Hello all!

Some new updates on the schedule, this Wednesday and Friday we are adding time to work on music during these usual blocking rehearsals. This is addition to or regular Thursday rehearsal. The time for this extra rehearsal will be from 3:30 to 4:45. These extra rehearsals will be ALL CALL RUN THROUGH OF THE WHOLE SHOW. This means that even if you aren't in the pages run during the day, you are called to run music.

After Friday's rehearsal Val will not be spoon feeding music to people anymore. It's your responsibility to know and learn your music. By this point in the rehearsal process there should be no more learning. It's memorizing and working, making this show state worthy.

Speaking of, the off book date is October 23! That's when management will start taking line notes and actors will need to start checking those daily. Before that day comes we will debrief about how that process works, but know that day is coming.

Please know that behavior has been a topic of conversation with our leadership team. It's time to shape up and actually work. We have expectations about behavior, respect, and work for actors and technicians that need to be followed. For the good of the show and for the good of your collaborators. Keep this in mind and know that things will come.
